You decide whether you want a sample seal or larger quantities. We will be happy to help you with custom-made products. Our design department will work with you to develop prototypes, and our expert gasket specialist will also visit and advise you on site.

Seals and moulded parts can be produced on the vulcanization presses according to customer requirements, even in small quantities. A competent and fast toolmaking department is at our side as a partner, thus ensuring short delivery times (approx. 15 working days from the drawing to the sample). We are also happy to use your tools.
Materials are processed according to customer requirements. FFKM is also no stranger here. We are an experienced partner in the field of molded rubber parts and sealing technology.

It is often cheaper to cut gaskets from sheet material, as vulcanizing or CNC turning is too expensive, or the contour does not allow it. Which method is used, water jet cutting or plotting, depends on the required tolerances.
Most materials are in stock. Therefore, gaskets can be delivered to you within 24 hours. No matter whether quantity 1 or 10,000.
